Welcome to our newly built and stylish flat located in a modern building. The flat is 100 square meters and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 living room with an open kitchen. The flat was finished in April of this year and everything is brand new. We collaborated with an interior designer to create a modern and stylish look for the flat. We chose modern colors such as petrol blue and lilac to give the flat a unique and contemporary feel. As a painter, I created a painting to add warmth to the living room where you can relax and watch TV. The flat is bright and airy with windows all around. Our essential and indispensable air conditioning is invaluable during hot summers or cold winters. Our flat is well-insulated and we do not waste energy.
