The complex of Fattoria la Speranza consists of two parts: the noble part of the apartment of the Countess and the part of the farmhouse, called Case Toscane, in which is the "Ribes House" which has been recently renovated preserving the original materials and construction features of the time . The three apartments of the Tuscan Houses of Fattoria la Speranza are hosted by a minimum of two people and a maximum of four each. Overall, up to a maximum of twelve guests can be accommodated over the children. They consist of three apartments in the same building that can be enjoied by Group of families

"Ribes House" located in the hills at the foot of the Apennines, on the road of the Libbia linking Arezzo to Anghiari, enjoys, from its surrounding, a splendid panorama and is inserted among the itineraries of art on the traces of Michelangelo and Piero della Francesca. Ideal starting point for walks in the surrounding woods enveloped by nature and discover the unspoiled landscapes of the region and the paths (famous Trail 50) that St. Francis traveled to reach the small chapel of the castle of Montauto (sec. X) and the mystical monasteries of Camaldoli and La Verna. It is located just 15 km from the city of Arezzo, famous for its "antiquarian Fair", the "Giostra del Saracino" and Guido Monaco. At only 10 km there is Anghiari, A medieval village inserted among the most beautiful of Italy, Orange flag and City Slow (city of Good living). In the surroundings, as well as museums and the Casentino Forest Park, there are important art cities such as Siena, Florence, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
