The Farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle, a variegated orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil. The estate has a beautiful swimming pool accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small consecrated private church. The location is really idyllic and excellent for walking and relaxing. We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock. The village of Fauglia is a small historical center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream parlor and other small shops. The village where the Fattoria Laviosa estate is located is really quiet, and in summer offers its tourists typical Tuscan country festivals, with traditional dishes and craft stalls. Inside the village we have a very beautiful theater that often hosts some famous Italian actors and also a furniture museum. In the central square, in summer we have the hub of the country, with pizzerias, bars,an ice cream parlor and restaurants ... all providing excellent service and quality. All this life in a small historical village in the Tuscan countryside, 10 minutes' walk from our farm.
