Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. You will stay in a finely furnished and prestigious apartment with a living space with Smart TV, thermo fireplace, sofa and Fastweb fiber Internet connection. Brand new kitchen equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and induction hob. The kitchen leads to a private furnished outdoor space. In the sleeping area you will find a comfortable new bed with topper and spacious wardrobes. The wonderful bathroom is very spacious, with a large window with a large shower, furnished with style. Latest generation washer dryer with Wi-Fi, there is a small storage room where you will find the necessary items for laundry (ironing board, iron and drying rack).

FEDE URBAN FLAT is located at the foot of the center of Perugia, to which it is connected by a flying metro, "Cortonese" stop. Furthermore, being connected to the E45 exit - PG MADONNA ALTA - you can reach the towns of LAKE TRASIMENO, CORTONA, AREZZO, SIENA or FOLIGNO, ASSISI, SPOLETO, GUBBIO.
