Welcome to the Rebmannhof - five generations of hospitality, tradition and passion The Rebmannhof is more than just a place - it is a part of our family, which has been living and working on the farm with dedication and love for five generations now. We, the Fliri family, would like to invite you to experience this tradition and share our passion for good food, wine and warm hospitality with us. At the head of the Rebmannhof is Martin, the chef of the house. As a passionate chef, he spoils guests with delicious, home-made specialties in our own tavern. Whether hearty dumpling dishes or sweet treats - everything is prepared with fresh ingredients. Martin is not just a chef. He is also an enthusiastic amateur winegrower and a fruit and wine producer. His wines, which are made with a lot of love and knowledge from his own vines, invite you to enjoy and linger. Together with his wife Kathrin, Martin has been running the Rebmannhof for over 20 years now. Kathrin is the good soul of the farm and can be found everywhere on the farm. In the mornings, she prepares dishes such as dumplings, coleslaw and tiramisú with great dedication and takes care of cleaning the apartments so that our guests can feel at home right from the start. In the evening you will find her in the tavern, where she looks after our guests with her friendly manner and a smile. Our daughters, Julia and Lea, are also an integral part of the Rebmannhof. Julia, the eldest daughter, has successfully completed her training as a hotel manageress and now works as a waitress in the tavern. With her warm and professional manner, she makes every guest feel welcome. Lea, the younger daughter, will soon follow in her older sister's footsteps and also join the family business.

The Rebmannhof has a long and varied history dating back to 1288, when it was first mentioned in a document. As early as 1333, the farm was owned by Christian, called “Rebmann”. At a time when surnames were not yet common, villagers were often given a second name related to their farm name or occupation. The name “Rebmann” is an example of this, reflecting the connection to agriculture and viticulture. The farm originally bore the house number 14 - it is assumed that this was the 14th building in the village. In 1916, the Rebmannhof was sold by Josef Weiss to Johann Ganthaler. Johann Ganthaler later passed the farm on to his daughter Katharina, who in turn passed it on to her daughter Hiltraud. Today, the farm is run with great passion and dedication by Martin, Hiltraud's son. Under his management, the tradition of the Rebmannhof is continued and maintained. Today, the farm combines several facets of rural life: in addition to fruit and wine growing, we offer our guests cozy apartments and an inviting tavern, where Martin, as a passionate cook and winemaker, spoils guests with regional delicacies and exquisite wines. Our farm is a true paradise for nature lovers and all those who want to escape from everyday life and relax in the midst of an idyllic landscape. A special highlight is our natural bathing pond, which not only invites you to take a refreshing swim, but also offers a unique feel-good experience with its clear water and natural surroundings. The Rebmannhof not only stands for tradition, but also for hospitality and family warmth - values that have been preserved and passed on over generations.
