Newly renovated flat (2022), in a nice residence, 10 minutes walk to the centre of Menaggio. The apartment has two bedrooms, a nice living room, fully equipped kitchen, private garden and amazing terrace with breathtaking view over Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio. The residence has a big pool with a lower side for kids. Private parking for 2 cars.

Neighbourhood information

The residence is in a quiet area. The heart of Menaggio is 700 meters away and you can reach it in 10 minutes. There is a nice and panoramic pedestrian path to go there. Menaggio is one of the most important villages of Lake Como. All ferries and boats stop here. The landing stage is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
