It belongs to a small group of independent houses in the middle of the countryside with woods, but is only 25 km from Florence, 45 km from Arezzo and 50 km from Siena. Beautiful walks are nearby and there is also a renowned outlet of the most famous Italian fashion designers 12 km away. Equipped garden with sunshade and barbecue. On request it is possible to organize a cook in the house. The water in the house is not drinkable, but can be used for personal hygiene and cooking.
