This newly refurbished property is located in a strategic position to enjoy the proximity to the sea and the famous village of Boccadasse and at the same time offers the possibility to reach the city center in 10 minutes by car or public transport! Our rooms offer all private bathrooms inside the room, air conditioning and heating, modern and comfortable furniture! Our structure does not offer breakfast service but we have a common area where our guests have the possibility to take advantage of a coffee machine, a snack and fresh drinks, microwave, kettle and tea and herbal teas!
This structure is managed at a family level by Giulia, Gianfranco and Mariella, we can not wait to welcome our first guests, and share with them our passion for our beloved city!
The area in which we find ourselves is optimal as it is located near a bus stop that brings in 10 minutes to the city center, a few meters guests can find the services they most want as supermarkets (Lidl and Basko), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, bakeries, focacceria, car rental, laundry, shops, hairdresser and the beach just 500 meters.
