A few kilometers from Santa Sofia, nestled against leafy groves and the green hills typical of the Appennines countryside, Gamberotti is a gem hidden in the nature. The property stretches from the top of the sunny hills to the small river down the valley offering the guests a unique, private and quiet environment. 
The stone villa has been renovated with fine taste respecting the local tradition while exploring modern solutions. The house has 3 floors connected by an internal staircase; there are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor plus 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the top floor with 3 bathrooms, able to host up to 8 people.
The cozy living and dining rooms provided with comfortable sofas and harm chairs, chimneys and large dining table allow to enjoy convivial moments while the modern and fully furnished kitchen makes it pleasant to cook meals staying connected with family and friends.
Outside the house a well-finished garden is the perfect landscape for some rest or outdoor activities, a patio with a view can host external dining and wine testing with some chats but you will find many other spots of the house as the perfect location to sit and stare at the gorgeous nature that surrounds you.
Activities to be performed during the stay are for sure long walks in the nature, e-biking and during the hot season also heading at the Bidente river (by car/bike) for some refreshment in the cool water. 
Nice places easy to be reached by car for a daily trip are Ridracoli Dam, Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi (National Park for excursion), Camaldoli Abbey, Arezzo and Florence (cultural cities in Tuscany), Ravenna (city of mosaics), Cervia (cute seaside town with a renovated harbor for a walk or aperitivo), Rimini (turistic city on the seaside) and Bagno di Romagna (for a relaxing spa). 
During the central week of August Santa Sofia hosts a famous Buskers event with nice evening shows and street food.
