The Garda House offers an unforgettable experience with its breathtaking view of the lake and swimming pool. The elegant furnishings create a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with a panoramic view. The swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the sun. The flat is in a quiet location, just a short walk from the lake and local attractions.

The flat is located between the lake and the hills, a few kilometres from the motorway exit and Desenzano del Garda railway station, in an area rich in natural beauty, history, archaeology, wine and food, wellness centres, golf clubs and much more. The area has a rich network of cycle and pedestrian paths, both in the hilly hinterland and on the coast, where a lakeside cycle path connects Padenghe to the nearby centre of Moniga. The coastline is rich in beaches; the Lido di Padenghe is about 2 km away. Directly on the Gardesana road, the coastal road that runs along the entire Lake Garda, typical towns such as Sirmione, Desenzano, Salò, Peschiera, Garda, Malcesine and Lazise can be reached by car or by boat. Just a few kilometres from the exit of the Milan-Venice motorway, several northern Italian cities such as: Milan, Bergamo, Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Padua and Venice. About half an hour's drive from the main amusement parks: Gardaland Resort, Caneva Acquapark, Movieland, Parco Zoo Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà and other attractions.
