A splendid lake view that can be admired from the large outdoor areas: solarium, balcony, porches. The outdoor areas are very livable and you can enjoy them by sunbathing on the 4 loungers provided, having lunch and dinner under the porch where you will find a table with chairs and outdoor furniture. Garda Sunshine is well exposed to light and sun. Solarium area with outdoor shower to cool off when sunbathing. You will have access to a covered parking space, the laundry area and the accommodation internally composed of: 2 large double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and eat-in kitchen. Privacy and tranquility will be the backdrop to your holiday. Suitable for families and those with pets. All fenced.
You will have a warm welcome and we will provide you with information for your stay, as well as if you like advice on places to visit, where to eat in the area and where to buy typical products. You will be given the keys and shown how to check out. At any time you can contact us and ask for anything you need, we will try to make sure that your holiday goes as well as possible.
Garda Sunshine is located halfway up the hill, the road leading to the house has a steep slope, but allows you to be in town in 100 meters. In the villa, you will enjoy all the privacy and tranquility you desire. Nearby bars, post office, pharmacy, children's playground, entrance to the paper mill valley.
