Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, hallway, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Complete with air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. The swimming pool is available to guests. Parking is free right in front of the structure. The lake is 500 meters away and can be easily reached on foot.

The location is excellent for reaching the amusement parks, 2 km from Sirmione and Desenzano. Near the residence there is a wonderful park. Rivoltella del Garda is a very characteristic village, it has all the services, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, evening markets, parties, beaches .... but it is also a town on a human scale, and absolutely peaceful. A few meters from the bus stop. Close to the A4 motorway exit, and close to the train station. Convenient to the amusement parks of Lake Garda, to the port for a trip on the lake and to the Terme di Sirmione.
