The flats are located in a quiet area of Florence, very well served with supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance . In a strategic position to reach the historical centre in 5 minutes with just one train stop, near Novoli and Morgagni university, Careggi and Mayer Hospital. Equipped with all the comforts to make your stay a pleasant one, with free, unassigned private condominium parking. The flats Martina and Ginevra are close together and therefore can accommodate a large group of people. The entrance is independent and equipped with self-check in, so you don't have to worry about your arrival time.
I am Italian-Cilena and have lived in Tuscany for 26 years. I am a full-time mum of two girls and a cocker spaniel. I love travelling and therefore know how to make my guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
New Florence neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with all necessary services within walking distance of the flat, such as: Bank, post office, pharmacy, 2 supermarkets, 4 bars, two pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, laundry, veterinary, gym and bakery/cake shop. Careggi, Palace of Justice, Novoli University can be reached in about 10 minutes by bus. 2 minutes walking from Rifredi station 5 minutes by train from Santa Maria Novella. station (historical centre).
