The house is located in a private road, and offers parking in front of the house in complete safety. At about 80 meters there is a large free parking area, recommended in the case of particularly bulky vehicles. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been completely renovated and features spacious and bright rooms and comfortable and modern furnishings. Everything is absolutely new, both the furniture and its accessories and all the equipment. It has direct access to the garden, equipped with comfortable deck chairs and a structure / hammock. To complete the offer of always living outdoors, we have set up an outdoor kitchen / dining area, for exclusive use. There is an induction plate, barbeque, hot and cold water dishes and a table with six chairs. Everything is arranged in an area covered by a pergola with the vineyard. The city center is easily reachable on foot along a tree-lined avenue or with the bicycles that we offer free of charge. Upstairs there is another apartment which offers the possibility to accommodate 7 adults and a child (up to 3-4 years). It is possible to book them at the same time by families or friends, in order to share the moments outdoors, guaranteeing peace and privacy at night.

I have a lot of free time and I take care of the flowers and the small vegetable garden, reading and traveling. I love meeting people and places. I deepen my knowledge of the area where I live and I am available to share information with my guests, to help them discover the beauties of our places.
