Our flat is our first home. We aim at having the guests feel at home, as much as we feel home in it. We have spent quite some time and thought in rearranging it to our taste and needs. It is a green quiet spot surrounded by an internal garden which is taken care of by the excellent gardeners of the Cipriani Hotel. You can enjoy the garden from the balcony facing the living room, you will be disturbed only by the sound of birds. The living room has a typical Venetian colorful floor. The apartment is an open space divided by functional furniture, it has been furnished with modern light style. The bed is elevated and so offers a peek onto the Giudecca Canal. You need to only exit the gate of the private garden and will find yourself watching the skyline of Venice from the Fondamenta of the Giudecca Canal. The best sunsets are visible from there. The hussle and bussle of vivid Venice will embrace you as you walk along the Fondamenta. You find among the finest bars and restaurants of Venice just meters from the apartment. There is a supermarket, postal office, bakery, fruit-dealer, fish stand, art galleries, theater, all you need just around the corner.
We were a young couple purchasing our first home and lived our first married years as a musician and an environmental engineer in the apartment. We are also globe trotters and moved on with our expanding family but never gave up our little treasure in Venice. We love the place and are happy to share it with more people on their visit to Venice.
