The vacation apartment 'Gracious Open Space' is located in downtown San Remo ( 2 min walk from the "Ariston" theater), and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 35 m² property is an open space with sofa bed well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom with large shower and everything you need can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump, washer-dryer. The walking path to the apartment includes a slight hill with some steps of about 200 m. Both the beach and the bike path are 700 m away. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk, and bars/restaurants are 250 m away. The train station is 900 m away. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and organising events are not allowed. The apartment cannot be sublet. A shuttle to/from Nice airport and San Remo train station is available. Please note that the property is located in the historic center of the town. Therefore, it is not accessible by car but only on foot, free on-street parking or/and paid parking lots are 300-700m away, and it is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking much.
