Relax with the whole family in this lovely quiet area. In the heart of Rome countryside and close to the sea, you can experience the historical beauty of the city while staying in an enchanting location in the woods. By car it is 30 minutes away from the Colosseum, 20 mins from the airport (FCO) and 15 mins from the seaside At Green Woody Home we offer an eco-conscious living experience by providing energy and heat entirely powered by our solar panels. Your stay will be a truly “green” experience. NB: Having a car is mandatory to reach the house

With your own car, you can easily reach the historic city center in 20 minutes. Also, you may want to get to one of the nearest metro stations in 10 minutes, park your car and then get to the center of Rome without worrying about your car for the rest of the day. In the vicinity of the house, you can have the opportunity to reach the sea (15/20 min), the CinecittàWorld amusement park and the Castel Romano outlet in a few kilometers (5/10 min); horseback riding and walking in the woods. SPECIAL NOTE: just below the hill where the house is located (1 minute walk), you will find a Roman archaeological site (castrum from Latin), recently transformed into an entertainment activity where you will be able to experience a day of training as a Roman legionary.
