Cozy detached villa of 156 sqm, on two levels, able to accommodate up to 9 people. The property is located in Pizzolungo, a coastal hamlet of Erice, an oasis of peace overlooking the crystalline sea of western Sicily. A few minutes from Trapani and Erice, it is an excellent starting point for exploring the area, from the salt pans of Nubia to the Egadi islands.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and outdoor areas.

- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, fridge, dining table and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe, communicating with BEDROOM III (separated by a door) with two single beds;
- TWO FULL BATHROOMS with sink, shower box, bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink and toilet;
- EXTERNAL AREAS with tables and chairs;
-> UPPER LEVEL:
- BEDROOM IV with double bed, single bed and wardrobe.

Parking spaces (up to 4) available on the entrance driveway (uncovered).
PLEASE NOTE:
- if you are traveling with children please pay attention to the external garden and the internal spiral staircase to reach the upper level of the villa;
- NO wifi.

Pizzolungo is ideally located to explore some of the most evocative wonders of western Sicily. Just over 10 km away is the medieval village of Erice, with its historic center, the Castle of Venus and spectacular views of the sea. Trapani, with its historic center and the port from which ferries depart for the Egadi Islands, is just 6 km away. About 10 km away, the Saline di Trapani and Paceco offer unique landscapes between windmills and salty water mirrors.
For a boat trip to the islands of Favignana, Levanzo or Marettimo, it is possible to reach the embarkation point at the port of Trapani in about 15 minutes. An hour's drive away is the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, perfect for lovers of trekking and pristine sea. Finally, about 40 km away, the Archaeological Park of Segesta offers a fascinating journey through time with its Doric temple and Greek theater immersed in nature.
