This Guesthouse located in the historic center of Merano is completely autonomous, there is no reception or staff for check-in or check-out. Our reception staff in our Bolzano main office is available for questions from 10 am to 7 pm. An emergency phone number is available 24/7. Prior to the arrival an access code will be communicated, this code remains active for the entire stay.
