The apartment underwent a renovation in March 2025 and a bed was put back in the second bedroom given the reports we received. Today it is again the apartment that we started to propose in 2018 offering two bedrooms with two private bathrooms, folding bed for children from 0 to 2 years old, sun terrace and where to eat as well as AC in both rooms. An ideal place for travelers looking for two rooms with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace where they can eat under the stars. Pet friendly! Below the apartment a historic bar will be a pleasure to wake up to a hearty Italian breakfast The Space: With two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, AC and TV The small kitchen is a place for sharing and culinary creativity, stocked with everything needed for those who love to cook and want to experience the taste of preparing a delicious meal away from home. The terrace is a green corner where you can relax and enjoy a moment in the open air. You can also take advantage of the plants that have been carefully chosen for you. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
