Kitchen-living room with terrace, bedroom with bathroom on the 1st floor; on the ground floor (separate entrance) a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, another bedroom with bathroom. On the large natural plot there are various seating areas with barbecue, sunny and shady places to relax, read, sunbathe; a trail leads to the swimming spot in the nearby torrent about 150m away. Hiking lovers can go on pilgrimage in the footsteps of St. Francis directly from the house. In Città di Castello you will find numerous restaurants, a colorful weekly market, stores of all kinds; especially in summer there are various cultural events such as exhibitions and concerts. The same goes for the medieval towns of Sansepolcro (25 km) and Arezzo (45 km) in nearby Tuscany. Another destination is the Umbrian capital Perugia (60 km).
