Con una splendida vista lago, l'appartamento è di 90 m2 su un solo piano, appena rimodernato, si trova all’ interno di una graziosa villa con giardino. E’ composto da due camere da letto (1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera con 2 letti singoli, sala da bagno, cucina, salotto (con un divano letto) , e un ampio terrazzo (privato di 20 m2) dov'è possibile godersi la vista davanti ad un bicchiere di vino rosso. - Viene messo a disposizione un posto auto privato all’interno del cortile. - Free wifi - Canali Internazionali
Benvenuti io sono Oreste, tipografo in pensione a cui piace fare sempre nuove conoscenze, curare minuziosamente il mio giardino e le piante che ne fanno parte. Mi occupo della gestione della casa vacanza insieme a mia moglie Liliana e le mie due figlie Alessandra ed Elisa. Venire da noi è come sentirsi a casa: coccolati e appoggiati in ogni momento del vostro soggiorno.
A due minuti a piedi dall'appartamento ci sono due ristoranti di cui una pizzeria ed un piccolo minimarket fornito di alimenti di alta qualità, all'interno dello stesso vi è un bar nel quale è possibile fare una bella colazione e un buon aperitivo con prodotti locali. Agli amanti delle camminate e del trekking: - è possibile raggiungere a piedi il Belvedere che dista da casa 15 minuti - Monte Lema dista 24 minuti con l'auto - Monteviasco (perla della Veddasca) dista 24 minuti con l'auto, per raggiungere questo paesino incastonato nella vallata bisognerà salire a piedi 2000 gradini Luino è raggiungibile con l'auto in 4 minuti (a piedi 20/25 minuti)
