We are Hanna and Florian, a father-daughter team that has been renting out this apartment since late 2022 to guests from all over the world. We come from and live in Bozen and can therefore usually be on site quickly, should you need help. Feel free to contact us for any questions about the city or the apartment. We are passionate about traveling and cooking and are happy to have a chat.

Property information

Meet the real Bolzano: stay in the oldest and historic heart of the city- right next to the St. Johann church - in this light and airy apartment form the 1400s lovingly renovated to modern standards. We offer a cozy bedroom, a living room/ kitchen with fantastic wooden beams and a view above the roofs of Bolzano. The sofa transforms into a double bed. The bathroom is brand new. We are situated in a quiet and residential area. We are a 5 minutes walk from restaurants, sightseeing and museums. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Tourism tax has to be payed separately.

We are next to the natural history museum, the Oswald promenade, and city center.
