The house has private parking, a living area with an equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils), a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, a nice balcony with table where you can eat outside, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The condominium is surrounded by greenery and the quiet of a beautiful garden, always perfect and tidy, which is located a few steps from the center of the small town. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful white beaches and crystal clear sea of Villasimius!

🏖️ LOCATION: Villasimius is surrounded by beautiful beaches of fine, white sand (there are over 20: one more beautiful than the other!) which you can reach using the Summer Bus (the 2 stops are a few meters from the pedestrian gates of the condominium), in car or bicycle! The center of Villasimius is a 3-minute walk from the house: in the evening, you can stroll along its pedestrian streets full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, stalls and all tourist services. There are 4 markets near the house! Italian and Sardinian cuisine are excellent! For those who love dancing, Villasimius also offers many nightclubs, 10 minutes away. Right behind the house there is a children's center that organizes summer camps. Sea, relaxation, fun, shopping, excellent typical cuisine, culture! As a family, as a couple or with friends, Villasimius awaits you ✈️🚢🚗
