Il Belvedere di Montiano welcomes you! An old family home now renovated and transformed into a peaceful and beautiful retreat in the heart of the village of Montiano, a destination off the beaten track, ideal for those who want to unwind. Every corner of the garden offers spectacular views of the Argentario, Giglio Island, and, on clear days, even Elba. The house has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large showers. Each room is equipped with bed linen, towels and a hairdryer. All rooms are air-conditioned and have electric shutters. The 50 m² kitchen has an island with an induction hob and a large table that seats 10 people. In the same room, we have also created a small chill out area with armchairs and a small sofa. The garden is another room in its own right: our guests have access to a barbecue and a table for 10/12 people sheltered by a large gazebo, deckchairs and armchairs. There is also a laundry room and private parking for two cars. The house is ideal for families or groups of at least 4 people.

Hi everyone! My name is Claudia and I am the mind and the heart behind il Belvedere di Montiano. I lived in different places in Europe and in Italy. In 2022, after a 6 years in Ireland, working in the corporate world, I decided it was time for me to re-discover my roots and I came back to Tuscany to renovate my grandparents' house, a place full of stories that cannot wait to be told. It will be my pleasure to welcome you to my family home and share with you the hidden gems of this beautiful land.
