We are "Sicilian Farmers" for 4 generations! ... The Farmhouse Il Casale delle Rose, is a company that obtained in 1996 the certificate of Organic Agriculture, rooted in the territory of Caltagirone (CT) on an area of about 20 hectares. Over the decades we have specialized in the cultivation of open field vegetables. For about a decade we have rediscovered the ancient Sicilian grains of the most famous varieties such as Margherito, Timilia, Scorsonera and Faricello, and legumes also protected by Slow Food such as black lentils and black chickpeas. We also grow two varieties of grapes (Syrah and Nerello Cappuccio) from which we derive a unique bland, distributed in various countries of the world such as Canada, Belgium, Vietnam.
The passion for total quality and without compromise, respect for the environment and attention to detail, make us a dynamic reality and attentive to the changing needs of the modern consumer.
