This old 17th century farmhouse is divided into two complete, independent apartments, each of 80 square meters with 4 beds and with the possibility of booking even just one. All spaces such as the garden and swimming pool will remain equally exclusive for guests, since we never rent both apartments at the same time to different groups of people. The upper apartment has a large bedroom and another located in a wooden mezzanine. The lower apartment has a large room and another very characteristic room.You can choose which one you prefer once you arrive. The swimming pool in summer and the large fireplaces in winter create the right atmosphere for a relaxing holiday in the quiet of the Umbrian hills having, beyond Spoleto, ancient historic cities such as Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi.
