Property for exclusive use Farmhouse, 300 sq m, for 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In front of the house you will find a nice fenced lawn with the swimming pool (open from 1/5 to 30/9), 7 metres by 14 with a depth of 1.1-2.7 metres, completely enclosed for childrens’ safety. The poolside has a paved bathing area with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a cold water shower. The house also boasts a loggia which was originally an old barn, furnished for outdoor meals. Parking in the property. The house is on two floors. Upon entering, two steps take you down to room which was originally a stable, simply furnished with tables and perfect for kids to play on rainy days, a bedroom with two beds with an old oven for bread and access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, a washing room with washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor (there is also an outdoor staircase) with a kitchen/dining room with antique stone sink, a living room with TV, two double bedrooms of which one with bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower. Please note: Access through 2 km of dirt road. Air conditioning and mosquito screeens in the bedrooms. The rate includes first linen supply (with weekly change), internet, final cleaning, water and gas consumption. Electricity (also used for airconditioning or heating) is not included and charged EUR 1 per KwH. On request: cooking classes, domestic help, tasting of the estate's wines and local products, truffle hunt. There is a restaurant owned by the property where it's possible to have lunch at a special price (200 meters).

The farmhouse is part of an important Tuscan estate, belonging to the same family since 1637. The farm is a nature reserve, where you will see fallow deer, roe deer and other animals calmly grazing in the fields. You have a great view of the fields and the large enclosed park which surround the estate. You are in the heart of Tuscany and reaching the various towns and cities is easy. The SGC (motorway without toll charge) is perfect for getting to Florence, Pisa and Livorno. The "Teatro del Silenzio" (Theatre of Silence), by the project of Andrea Bocelli is within easy reach: an amphitheatre excavated in the beautiful Lajatico hills- a scenic jewel of Volterra hinterland. We suggest visiting Volterra, a beautiful Etruscan town, as well as San Gimignano in the same day. You must spend a whole day in Siena.
