Wonderful sunsets, watch the sunset sink into the sea while having your barbecue in the garden or simply sipping a glass of wine surrounded by the splendid nature of the Conero Park. The house has three floors with a private parking space, it is 5 minutes from the center of Ancona a historic city on the Adriatic coast, Ancona is one of the main ports of the Adriatic Sea. The house is located 5 minutes from the Riviera Del Conero and the fabulous paths of Monte Conero with its wonderful beaches and 10 minutes from Sirolo and 15 minutes from Numana .. A 20 minute drive you can visit the factories of the best fashion brands and Outlet known for their 100% made in Italy shoes
The Host will be helpfull in everything you kindly ask and need.
Pietralacroce is the most Exclusive district in Ancona. 3 minutes of walking and you reach Pietralacroce center, there are bars , supermarkets , newspaper, two churches , a post office , fish market and tobacco shop . A tennis club with 5 clay courts covered in the winter period and several very good restaurants . On the way to the beaches there are Country houses and Vineyards all around and you can visit and taste the delicious food and the well known Red wine: Rosso Conero in the various Wineries of the Conero Park.
