Charming loft in the heart of Siena, just 100m from Piazza del Campo. Located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, it offers a spacious environment with a double sleeping area, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The large window opens onto the patio and private outdoor garden overlooking the Basilica of San Domenico. Equipped with Wi-Fi and heating. A peaceful oasis in the historic center. Modern comfort and historical charm, in one of the most enchanting cities in Italy.
Parking available 500 m away just outside the historic center, free and paid parking spaces available. For those who do not want to walk, the S54 bus is available which takes you to Piazza Indipendenza in 3 minutes. The "Oca" neighborhood is one of the 17 Contrade of Siena, located in the historic center, between Piazza del Campo and the Basilica of San Domenico. Main features: - Colors: white, green and red - Symbol: a crowned goose What makes it special: - It is the Contrada of Santa Caterina da Siena, patron saint of Italy and Europe. - It has won numerous "Palios" (66 official ones). - Its territory includes via della Galluzza, via Montanini, Costa dell’Incrociata, and part of via di Città.
