This newly renovated semi detached country house is 120 square meters in two floors. Ground floor: living room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. First floor: two double bedrooms (one with crib), a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside veranda, gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool, sun beds, large garden and private parking.The property is all fenced and closed by automatic gate, pool is exclusively for our guests, even if there are other houses nearby.A/C and wi-fi are provided too. Utilities: no charge . Electricity consumption (including for air conditioning) for stays longer than 4 nights, ‘ ll be charged at 0.30 Euro per kwh. 046005LTN0243
