The accommodation was finished building in July 2022, consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen / living room with sea view, and bathroom, equipped with all comforts, high energy saving with central air conditioning and temperature control, in the apartment there is a washing machine, electric oven, ironing board and iron. Excellent for relaxing holidays, the nearest beach is 500 meters away, the beach of the two seas in front of the island of Capo Passero, a few meters from the house there are restaurants, self service, supermarket, the center is only 300 meters. The location of the house is excellent for visiting all the splendid beaches of the southernmost part of Italy and breathing the African air.

La zona in cui si trova la struttura e' una posizione di fronte l'isola di capo passero, a 500 metri dalla struttura c'e' la discesa al mare, una lingua di sabbia che permette le persone di raggiungere l'isola anche a piedi.
