The new apartment house “InBlu Apartments Assenza” offers 4 new, high-quality vacation apartments in a perfect location directly on Lake Garda, on the popular Piazza San Nicolo in Assenza di Brenzone. The location offers you the opportunity to explore Lake Garda without a car! The landing stage for the Lake Garda boat trips is directly across the street, just as the buses to Riva del Garda and Verona, that stop right in front of the house. Assenza offers many nice little bars and restaurants in the village and on the beach, which you can also reach on foot in just a few steps. The apartments offer a large living and dining area with kitchenette, TV and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a bed for a child. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and 2 beautiful double bedrooms with characteristic stone ceiling and access to the apartment's outdoor seating area with outdoor dining area. The studio apartment on the upper floor has 1 bathroom and an open space with double bed + sofa bed. The apartments are fully air-conditioned and modernly furnished. There is a dishwasher, Wifi and parking (for a fee) in the conventional parking lot, a few hundred meters from the apartment. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, as is a laundry. There is a good restaurant/pizzeria right outside the front door and the “Barino 2.0” bar awaits you for breakfast or an aperitif right by the lake! There is the possibility to park in front of the house for loading and unloading and further parking spaces on the street.
