We are a family from the island of Sardinia, we rent the suites of our second home because we love working with tourists, in our travels we also choose facilities run by local families, they make us feel at home. Our property is very comfortable, modern and technological. Our location is among the most strategic in Olbia, we are just minutes from both the ships port and the 'airport! In our street passes the new bike path that connects all the new waterfront of Olbia.

Hi, I am Ascanio, a lively 8-year-old autistic boy. I will be present at your check-in along with my mom Manuela to observe how to greet clients in the best way because that will be my job when I grow up. The thing I love most about our facility is that you can walk and bike out and get everywhere without a car, the bike path by the sea is wonderful.

Our area is beautiful. Beside the property passes the bike path that connects the entire Olbia waterfront, full of children's playgrounds, outdoor exercise equipment on the sea, clubs, restaurants, bars, bike and scooter rentals. We are served by all buses, every Olbia line stops here, in a few minutes by bus you can also reach the beaches. Dozens of activities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, rotisseries, fry shops, trattorias, surround us. All the main activities you will need you will find around here.
