The apartment is located 100 meters from Lake Olginate and the lakes bike path, which leads directly from the Lecco shore to Lake Como. From there, you can reach the most prestigious towns on Lake Como, such as Bellagio and Varenna, and from there take the ferry to the other shore. Five minutes from the center of Lecco, at the foot of Monte Barro, there are numerous hiking trails (Castello dell'Innominato, Pozze di Erve, Grigna, and Grignetta). For kitesurfing and lake sports enthusiasts, several beaches are just minutes away. In the center, just a few meters from bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a cinema, a theater, and a church.

Lecco, 8.5 km away, is famous for being the setting for Alessandro Manzani's most important novel, "The Betrothed." In its historic center, adjacent to the splendid lakeside promenade, there are traces of the Visconti Tower in Piazza XX Settembre. Here, you'll also find the Palazzo delle Paure, which houses the Lecco Art Gallery and Alpine Observatory, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. Bellagio, 27 km away, is a beautiful town with a unique location offering breathtaking views, at the foot of the promontory that divides the lake into the Como and Lecco branches. Villa Serbelloni and Villa Melzi are definitely worth a visit, with their opulence and meticulously maintained gardens that will amaze you. The CENTER LAKE TOUR is a boat excursion that will take you to the most beautiful towns in the center of the lake, including Menaggio, Varenna, and Villa Carlotta. Varenna is also 27 km away. Strolling through its narrow lakeside streets, you'll find Villa Monastero, with its house museum and botanical garden. Nearby is the Renaissance Villa Cipressi. Then there's the "lovers' walk" overlooking the lake, which leads to the pier. Also worth a visit is the Roman-era Vezio Castle, which dominates the village from above. Bellano is 34 km away. The village is included in the guide "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy 2022/2023." The famous "Orrido di Bellano" is the village's main attraction: these canyons carved into the rock and the rushing water create a captivating experience. Erve is 8.5 km away, with its path of small lakes where natural freshwater pools form, connected by hiking trails, including the trail leading to the Rifugio Monza on Mount Resegone. Reaching Abbadia Lariana, 15 km away, you can embark on one of Lombardy's most beautiful hiking trails, the Sentiero del Viandante, which winds along mule tracks and lakeside paths.
