La villa storica “L’Antica Pietra”, Nasce intorno ai primi del 1800 nel cuore della Città di Poggiardo, a 100 metri dalla piazza, in una stradina poco trafficata. La villa si trova al piano terra e’ si articola in due entrate, l’entrata principale caratterizzata da un portone in legno, mentre l’entrata posteriore corrisponde un grande giardino, quest’ultimo e’ annesso alla casa ed e’ idoneo per condividere il piacevole fresco delle serate estive. La villa molto fresca e luminosa è caratterizzata da soffitti alti 6 metri, con volte in pietra leccese e, tra i vari comfort, sono presenti due climatizzatori per contrastare le torride giornate estive salentine. struttura: ampio ingresso cucina componibile di 3,60 m 3 camere da letto 2 bagni di cui un con vasca, mentre l'altro con box doccia un piccolo sgabuzzino con lavabo e lavatrice infine un grande giardino (400 mq) dove potrete godervi in totale relax la vostra vacanza salentina.
Sono appassionato di cultura ed amo il territorio in cui vivo. Mi impegno a organizzare e consigliare esperienze e itinerari indimenticabili, offrendo consigli e indicazioni utili per visitare al meglio il nostro meraviglioso Salento. Massima disponibilità per tutto il soggiorno.
Villa al centro del paese, situata in una stradina poco trafficata. A 100 metri troverete la piazza del paese dove sono presenti tutti i servizi: bar, ristoranti, tabacchini, farmacie, supermercati, forno ecc... La città di Poggiardo è geograficamente localizzata in modo strategico, a soli 5 km dalle bellissime località marittime, meta di attrazioni e turismo. L'ideale per visitare il Salento sarebbe disporre di auto propria, oppure affittarne una.
