L' ATTICO Bed & Breakfast is a brand new building with a lift. Structure set up to make the stay pleasant and to spend relaxing moments even outdoors, on the terrace, enjoying a good glass of wine or an aperitif in company offered to its guests upon arrival, for the best welcome. It offers home-made morning breakfasts and is served outdoors on the terrace. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable and welcoming with the latest mattresses. The bathroom made available for our guests is always reserved for the reserved room. L' ATTICO Bed & Breakfast offers various services such as bike rental, a private beach at a LIDO near our facility or the possibility to book excursions in the open sea with Skipper.

My name is Franco, and I am the owner of this structure. I consider myself passionate about my service, with the great priority of trying to make a pleasant experience live during the stay of the kind guests. My suggestions on the best restaurants in the area, where to dine, the events of the moment in which to participate and the services offered, prove to be of great help for the success of the stay. With a past engaged in professional sports, currently also involved in social work.

L' ATTICO Bed & Breakfast is located in a privileged position with respect to the places of interest of the city, a stone's throw from the sea, 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian area of Piazza Giorgini, the walk to the southern pier and the old town of the city. The area turns out to be silent, with little traffic and with parks and pine forests in the immediate vicinity, the possibility of making purchases of all kinds and the ideal to park the car in the special parking lots not for a fee and move on foot or by bicycle along the extended bike paths available or use the numerous bus stations in the area. The main train station is located just over 1 km from the accommodation and is very well connected to the main places of interest.
