Hi, I introduce myself! I am Paolo Silletti qualified as a hotel technician, at IPSAR A. TURI DI MATERA in the year 1989. Work experience in the kitchen around Europe, passing from Rimini, Venice, Castelsardo (Sardinia), London, Paris and small on-site experiences. 1990 soon service in the carabinieri weapon at the non-commissioned school in Florence as officer responsible for officers. 1992 to 23 years old, I open my local L MEETING. PUB Soon, in 1996, my experience as a teacher of practical cooking techniques began at the hotel school in Marconia (MT). Still today I work as a PRACTICAL TECHNICIAN OF ENOGASTRONOMY at IISS DE NORA DI ALTAMURA. I obtained a degree in education and education at the Unipegaso telematic university. And in the meantime I dedicate myself to my passion "l meeting B & B." Do not forget my family that supports me in my work, my wife Mina and my children ENNI AND ROCCO. .

The Incontro Bed & Breakfast is located in a strategic position to reach the main tourist cities of Puglia and Lucania, in fact within a radius of just over 50 km are the main UNESCO heritage sites. The structure looks like a splendid villa with attic. On the mezzanine floor is the historic pub L'Incontro (since 1992); on the first floor and attic there is a small and comfortable B & B with 5 rooms with bathroom, one of which is a suite, a kitchen and a living room. The rooms are all equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, private access to the terrace of about 180 square meters, with the presence of greenery that makes the stay more relaxing.

GRAVINA IN PUGLIA Less than 20 minutes by car with its unique and characteristic historical center, famous for the underground city and numerous churches. MATERA-ALBEROBELLO-CASTEL DEL MONTE UNESCO sites. Acquaviva delle Fonti with its typical products dop. GIOIA DEL COLLE with its historical center characteristic streets is Sveva town. CASSANO DELLE MURGE with its woods and ancient village. LATERZA with its gravina and numerous popular festivals.
