Apartment with panoramic views and the horizon of the sea is dotted with the Aeolian Islands. It is located in a quiet location, among banana trees, palms, lemons, oranges and olive trees. This superb complex includes a large shared pool with a separate whirlpool area and a shallow kids' section, plus a beach volleyball court. Fully furnished apartment, has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining room, a seating area and a veranda with sea view, ideal for alfresco dining. Located just a 10-minute walk from the white sands of Santa Maria beach, just a 15-minute drive from Tropea, the favorite destination of Italian vacationers. Diving, fishing, various water sports, horse riding and cycling are activities nearby. Sicily is easily accessible by ferry just over an hour's drive away. You can take advantage of the services of the residence such as the seasonally open swimming pool, the sun loungers, the shading gazebo, the beach volleyball court and the garden. Protected fenced residence of only 14 apartments, with a large internal parking!
