Located less than 10 steps away from the Morel Limonetto chairlift, 'La Baita' is a Ski enthusiast's dream. Apartment 3 is disposed on 2 levels with the living room on the ground floor, therefore the ski lift can be accessed directly via the balcony. 'La Baita' is now connected to the world via internet with Elon Musk's ultrafast STARLINK satellite and Mesh Wifi-6 offers broadband coverage in all of the residence. Ample parking can be found directly in front of the residence and private covered parking spaces are available for an extra fee.
