Apartment in a beautiful country house recently restored situated on the hills to north of Lucca in the beautiful zone of the sixteenth-century villas of the noble lucchesis. Surrounded from olive trees and a vast garden full of flowers, fruit trees and plants of lemon the house enjoys of a splendid sight on the surrounding green hills and on the plain of Lucca. In front there is a local road to reach the center of Matraia village. Electricity and heating are not included and must be paid according to consumption.
The most beautiful places in Tuscany, included the mountains of the Garfagnana and the sea of the famous Versilia, are reachable in a short time. Just 15 minutes the city of Lucca is known throughout the world for its unique and intact city walls viable for the entire ring on foot or by bicycle. From Lucca you can reach in little time the whole most interesting places in Tuscany: Florence with his/her wonder, Pisa with the Torre Pendente, Carrara with its marble quarries, Vinci with the Leonardo Museum, Volterra with the Etruscan Museum, Torre del Lago with the famous Puccini Festival, Siena with its Palio and Montecatini Terme with Bagni di Lucca and the famous thermal stations.
