Property information

The house is located in the lush natural surroundings of Cappero in Lipari. It a traditional villa, originally built in 1900 and refurbished in 2012. The wooden terrace with Aeolian style pillars called ‘pulera’ overlooks the Vulcano Island. The low-rise platform in the terrace is delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space. We recommend renting a scooter or electric bicycle to reach the house. The house can also be reached by small car such as a smart or fiat panda but since the road is really narrow it is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to do so, it will be your responsibility to rent a car. For more information do not hesitate to ask

Cappero is a great place for a holiday in a green lush environment. The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the Vulcano Island. Hiking tracks in the surrounding area would lead to 2 beach spots - Spiaggia della Secca and Praia Ferrante. It is a perfect place for a relaxing and mind-refreshing holiday away from the chaos and frenzy of big cities. The house will surely offer an unforgettable summer holiday of having breakfast in front of the shimmering blue ocean and having romantic dinner with your loved one in candlelight.
