Welcoming and well-equipped solution that guarantees privacy despite being located in the center of the town. Strategic area between Modena, Maranello and Baggiovara. Bologna is also nearby. Apartment located in an internal courtyard on the second floor in a portion of only two units of the ancient village. Immediately outside an archaeological site, a vinegar factory, shops and places related to the Great Maestro Pavarotti and Ferrari. WiFi, purified water and free parking under the house.
