Visit the many restaurants and trattorias in the region as well as the numerous food and wine festivals that take place throughout the year and savour these delicious dishes. Among the specialities we recommend: Croutons or pasta dishes with porcini mushrooms and "necci", a type of crêpe made from chestnut flour and usually filled with ricotta cream.
