La Casa di Chicca & Paolo is a structure convenient for everyone, but, in particular, for families and / or groups of friends because it is large, spacious and equipped with every comfort. But what makes it unique is the beautiful terrace with gazebo that you can use for breakfast or dinner. Yes, right in the center of the city, a large terrace where, in total safety, you can even let your children play!
I am a very helpful person and attentive to the needs of my guests; I have traveled a lot and this has taught me to understand what I would like to find when I arrive in a new city, home, hotel. I have treasured it and what I really like, I offer it to my guests, respecting their personal requests and needs. I like to propose foods, places to visit and how to reach them: I'm here to explain, tell and make your holiday fantastic!
The Umbertino neighborhood, where my house is located, was born in the early 1900s. It is located near the railway station and, at the same time, just a few minutes from the sea. There are many bakeries and patisseries that offer very tasty local products, in particular, focaccia: do not forget to taste it! Going to the sea, you will find excellent restaurants with good prices offering fish menus, or the famous pasta with pesto, stoccafisso in umido, the mesciua, typical soup of legumes, poor dish of the tradition of La Spezia. Taste everything, you will be satisfied!
