LA CASA DI LILLA stands just 150 meters from the golden shore of the wide sandy beach of Tortoreto Lido; a completely renovated 90 m2 apartment in a family complex of only 6 apartments, all renovated. Located in a very central and super-served area, it overlooks a dead-end street with little traffic. A large balcony circumscribes the entire width of the apartment, onto which both bedrooms and the living area overlook. It is equipped with all possible comforts and is furnished with fine finishes, and also enjoys very bright and welcoming spaces. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds side by side, a fitted kitchen fully equipped down to the last detail with large fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob and fan oven, a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom in the master bedroom with internal shower and a second bathroom with a very large and relaxing sauna-effect shower. The whole is completed by a laundry area equipped with washing machine, drying rack, laundry basket and ironing board with iron.
