“La Casa di Pietra” is a detached four-story house with a garden, located in a quiet and peaceful village away from the main road, just a 10-minute drive from the center of Aosta. The property is ideal for families who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing holiday, while still having all the comforts and main services within easy reach. Guests have access to free street parking. The cable car to Pila is 8 km away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. - LOCAL REGULATIONS: During the online check-in process, the tourist tax must be paid, as established by Regional Law of July 18, 2023, No. 10. Massinod is a hamlet located in the municipality of Roisan, which stands out for its tranquility. Nestled in the hills, it is the ideal place for those who want a relaxing break away from the city, enjoying the serenity of the surrounding nature. - The location, slightly outside the center of Aosta, guarantees a considerable tranquility, but requires the use of the car for travel. The house does not have private parking, however, about 50 meters there is a free public car park, although availability is not guaranteed. - Among the main points of interest: the historic center of Aosta can be reached in 10 minutes by car, while the departure of the cableway to Pila is 15 minutes. The Bard Fort is a 45-minute drive, the Saint-Vincent Baths and Casino are about 30-35 minutes away, while the Pont d'Aël, an ancient Roman aqueduct bridge, is 30 minutes away. For those who want a spa experience, the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths are 40 minutes away, along with the Pré-Saint-Didier waterfalls and the adventure park, which are about 50 minutes away. Finally, the spectacular Skyway Mont Blanc is a 50-minute drive away.
