Spacious ground floor apartment in nature. Located in the Introbio area between the center and the bike path, this apartment is ideal for nature and relaxation stays. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa with a private fenced courtyard where you can park your car. The entrance is through a terrace for exclusive use, equipped with an umbrella and table to enjoy the view of the mountains. The living room at the entrance is spacious and accommodates the sofa area and the dining area. From the living room, you can access the well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, which has two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and can accommodate a crib for children; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is everything you need for a medium-term stay as well: washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine, pots, and complete tableware. Apartment highlights: generous size, terrace with mountain views, private parking, comfort and quality finishes, proximity to the lively center of Introbio, and the possibility to move around without needing a car.

Neighbourhood information

You can reach the historic center of Introbio on foot, characterized by ancient cobblestone streets and well-preserved historic buildings. Among the main points of interest is the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate, dating back to the 13th century, which houses frescoes and artworks of notable value. Introbio is the ideal starting point for excursions and outdoor activities. The trails that wind through the surroundings lead to places of extraordinary natural beauty, such as the Troggia Waterfalls and the Grassi Refuge, a favorite destination for hikers due to its splendid panoramic location. The Valsassina bike path is very close and allows you to reach nearby villages without dealing with traffic! The apartment is easily accessible by car, which can be parked right in front of the entrance door, or by bus D35, with a stop located 450 meters from the apartment. It is important to park the car in the reserved spot, which will be shown upon arrival, to avoid blocking access to other parking spaces.
