All properties are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all necessary information about the property. Customer support will be available exclusively via instant messaging apps or email during the hours indicated: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and until 10:00 pm on the day of check-in. The amount displayed on the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest upon check-out.

The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and heating, as well as private parking, a rare convenience in the area. Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 eur per stay and depends on the size of the animal. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition. In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.  It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
