The unique view: From the houses at La Lucertola and from the sun terrace you can clearly see the Leaning Tower of Pisa about 10 km away. This open and panoramic view is unrivalled. The setting is simply glorious. La Lucertola is set in an ancient and lovingly tended olive grove with 4 hectares of beautiful land around the two farmhouses. La Lucertola has a special salt water swimming pool with amazing views, a great lounging zone and even an olive shower - yes, a shower that comes directly out of an olive tree!! The two farmhouses are spacious and very well equipped and decorated. This is an amazing location with gorgeous accommodation.
I live here with my husband, Colin. We live in a separate house on the land, so are on hand to assist but we respect your privacy and we are never intrusive. We know the area very well so we can guide you on any numbers of things to help make your stay even more special. I am half Italian and tri lingual Italian/English/French. I play the flute. I love nature. I love living here - it is so special. I am friendly, fun and helpful.
La Lucertola is a perfect place to relax and enjoy family time and is perfectly located. The olive groves around the houses are great for exploring and there are many fabulous walks in the hills that can be taken directly from the house, including one to a Medieval siting tower and castle.
